📄️ Fence Mechanism
The fence mechanism of the DeepHub is tailored to handle use cases of any complexity, and is easy to setup and use. It works for low-level location provider objects and for trackables (representing the high-level abstraction). Fence entries and fence exits are handled similarly through the fence mechanism.
📄️ Trackable Hierarchy
Note: Hierarchies are no longer limited to trackables — proximity zones may also appear as nodes in a hierarchy. A parent can thus reference the id of another trackable or the id of a proximity zone; location information then propagates accordingly. See Mobile Zone Hierarchy for details on using zones in hierarchies.
📄️ Locating Rule Extension
A trackable can be associated with several location providers.
📄️ Mobile Zone Hierarchy
The DeepHub® allows proximity zones to participate in the same parent-child hierarchy used by trackables (see Trackable Hierarchy). This makes it possible to automatically keep a proximity zone's position in sync with a moving entity, such as a forklift or a vehicle, without the need for the deprecated Mobile Zone Extension.
